Nick Humbracht

Nick Humbracht is a Valuation Analyst at Pellegrino & Associates, LLC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, drawing on cutting-edge coursework in finance and hands-on valuation experience to support complex valuation engagements. Mr. Humbracht brings diverse knowledge and experience spanning advanced coursework in corporate finance, financial modeling, financial markets, and business policy and strategy.

Prior to joining P&A, Mr. Humbracht worked as an economic litigation consulting intern with Secretariat Advisors in Chicago within the firm’s intellectual property damages and valuations practice. In that role, he worked closely with project teams to perform economic analyses supporting intellectual property litigation matters and valuation engagements. His responsibilities included building discounted cash flow models, analyzing financial statements, re-creating financial supporting schedules, performing royalty rate analysis, and assisting in the preparation of expert damages reports in the context of the litigation process.

Mr. Humbracht also supported valuation engagements involving business and private ownership interests through the application of accepted valuation methodologies, financial modeling techniques, and analysis of company-specific risks.

Mr. Humbracht’s experience in intellectual property damages, business valuation, and financial analysis, combined with his ability to evaluate complex financial records and licensing arrangements, makes him a valuable contributor to engagements involving intellectual property.
