Magwire Graybill

Magwire Graybill is a Valuation Analyst at Pellegrino & Associates, LLC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership with a minor in general management from Purdue University, combining organizational understanding with financial insight to support complex valuation engagements. Mr. Graybill gained diverse experience through his coursework spanning project management, corporate finance and accounting, product design, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Mr. Graybill began his career as a human resources intern at Bone Dry Roofing, where he identified inefficiencies in the onboarding process, developed new bilingual materials to better serve the diverse company, and researched new opportunities to support the business in being compliant with government regulations.

Before joining Pellegrino & Associates, Mr. Graybill worked at OpsTerra Consulting, an enterprise resource planning software consulting firm, where he developed skills in supply chain methodologies, client relationship management, and startup growth. His responsibilities included developing functional design documents for technical client needs and assisting with the development of an artificial intelligence tool. This experience refined his ability to understand complex client needs and communicate effective solutions.

His unique experience in organizational structure and financial principles makes him a valuable contributor to valuation projects involving patents, software, and other intangible assets.
