Henry Huth is a Valuation Analyst at Pellegrino & Associates, LLC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Butler University, combining financial acumen with technical insight to support complex valuation engagements. Mr. Huth brings diverse experience spanning real estate analysis, venture capital, startups, and enterprise software.

Mr. Huth began his career as an Acquisition Analyst at RENU Management, where he identified and evaluated single-family residential investment opportunities across multiple markets including Tampa, Nashville, and Phoenix, performing market research, pro forma modeling, and risk-adjusted valuation to align deployments with return objectives. He later supported Charmides Capital, a venture capital firm led by RENU’s chairman, where he contributed to early-stage investment analysis and strategic research. Mr. Huth then joined Supercharger, a startup focused on AI-powered prior art search, deepening his exposure to intellectual property and emerging technologies.

Before joining Pellegrino & Associates, Mr. Huth worked at Cleo, a B2B integration and supply chain orchestration company, where he consistently ranked as a top-performing sales representative and generated over $2 million in qualified pipeline. This experience refined his ability to understand complex client needs and communicate technical value propositions effectively. His cross-industry experience and data-driven approach make him a valuable contributor to valuation projects involving patents, software, and other intangible assets.
